Read MoreRon often called me at work just to chat. Our family would visit in the summer so we could sit outside and eat ice cream together. Ron and my husband who also had MS shared MS stories and reminisced about the antique dealer they knew in Cleveland.

Ron was my first boyfriend. He tossed his I.D. bracelet to me across the art room table in Mr. Larson's class. At that time, I was taller than he was. Whenever I returned to town, I tried to visit with him. His mom's "room" was at the front of Bradley Bay so she could see the homestead across the street. Ron liked the back so he could watch people coming and going. He was a good friend and thought of his classmates all the time. Nancie Clouser Waldron
