Not sure what to say?

Mr. Ferris helped me so much while I was a student at Comstock Park. I have thought of him often these past thirty-five years. We are all fortunate that he was a part of our lives. Take care in Heaven.

I remember Mr. Ferris as a good, honest and fair man at Norhview HS. Thank you.

I am going to miss you, Ron. Even though you were twenty years older than me, you were my friend. I believe that I first came into contact with you around 1961 or '62 when my mother went to work at Northview High School as your secretary. I was either 6 or 7 years old. I am sure I didn't really make much of a connection with you at that time, but later in life, after we became friends, you and I must have figured that time frame out. Also, when I was in the third grade, my teacher's name...

My condolences to the family . You were a great mentor in school and honored to have you as a teacher at Comstock Park HS .

I am so sad to hear of Ron's death. He was my first principal and helped me so much in my teaching career. I will always remember him. May he rest in peace.

Ron was full of life and happy to share it with everyone. When I arrived in GR to work at Catholic Central, Ron did all he could to give me a sense of the CC community and my role in that busy environment. He truly created a positive educational experience for all who came in contact with him. Rest in Peace Ron.

I remember Mr. Ferris fondly from my time at CC in the late 1980s. He took the time to get to know me and was concerned with my well-being. I was glad to hear more about his life, before and after CC from the obituary.

Ron is and will always be a teacher. One cannot help but learn something when in the presence of Ron. Prayers for Ron, and, for Julie & Kris.

Mr. Ferris was a favorite teacher at Northview, especially to the 1965 class. He was always kind and supportive to all of us. RIP Ron!!
