I am forever grateful to Ron for mentoring me when I took my new position as Logistics Manager at Martin Guitar. Ron was always looking for ways to improve processes, always looking to build the better mousetrap. After his retirement he continued to shower me with his specialties such as stuffed tomatoes, macaroni salad, blueberries, peaches, and his homemade wine. Ron had a big heart and truly took care of those he cared about, especially his family. RIP Ron.
