Not sure what to say?

We were sad to read of Mr. Foland´s death and are so sorry for your loss! We first met him when the Patrick Street parking deck was being built and he was involved in the construction. He was so kind to us as our new restaurant was very negatively impacted and vowed to get things done as expediently as possible knowing it was a hardship for us. We enjoyed seeing him and Mrs. Foland as regular customers over the years. Please accept our condolences for the loss of such a lovely man.

I have been out of town and Just learned of Ron's passing. My sympathy to you Edie and your family.

We are so sorry to hear of Ron's death. Ron and Edie were '58 FHS classmates of Robert and Linda Broadrup, and their friendship spanned many decades. They played poker and bridge together, raised their children a few blocks apart, skied in Timberline together, enjoyed boating on the Eastern Shore together, and vacationed out West on ski trips together. Ron and Robert were poker buddies on so many Wednesday nights, and Linda and Edie played bridge and built friendships with the "Bridge...

Ronnie was part of Our Dill Avenue Gang , as we all grew up together from College Avenue to Bentz St. ! Our family was the W. I remember selling seeds to Ronnie's Grandfather, with his large garden in the middle of Dill Avenue. All of us grew up with each other as an integral Neighborhood , that only 40's & 50's will never see again . Ron was a special guy, whose Family made...

I have many great memories of spending time with you and your family growing up as a friend of Eriks. From spending summer evenings at the house swimming to weekends skiing at Timberline in the winter. You were always kind and gracious to me.
Later in life I was privileged to be given the opportunity to be employed by H. Frank Foland & Son. Despite having been retired for years rarely does a week go by without someone sharing a story about working with or around Ron Foland. I just...
