Not sure what to say?

Have many fun memories of Ron growing up as our backyard neighbor in South Windermere and later working at Belks department store for his dad in the South Windermere store and finally his story career in state and local politics add as a member of my extended in law family through his brother Dick my brother-in-law and another Charleston legend lost.

Mary, so sorry to learn of Ron's passing. Memories from Incarnation Lutheran. May God's love surround you and the family. Peace be with you, dear!

Sally, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Ron was always friendly and had endless stories to share that made me and anyone around him smile. He will be missed by so many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Shirley Hinson

I first met Ron years ago at a Lion´s Club meeting in downtown Charleston. His late father, Dr. Fulmer, introduced us as being cousins. It seems Dr. Fulmer´s aunt was married to Noah Frick, my great grandfather. Ron and I would see other from time to time around Columbia or Charleston, talked about family and politics. He was a very nice gentleman and my heart goes out to his family. He will certainly be missed. God bless.

This memory always brings us a smile: one Christmas when Ronnie was serving in Vietnam, Emma baked and sent him his favorite fruit cake. He was so happy that he ate the entire cake by himself!

Sending our condolences and prayers, going to miss seeing Mr. Fulmer, asking is all the mail up, was such a nice man. (5 Points Post Office) Darlene, Vivian and Heath

My sincere condolences to all family. Especially to Sally.....love you dearly. Ron was a great house member when we served together! Labels didn´t matter, friendships were more important..... and we were great friends! I will miss his reasonable approach to all issues. Rip my friend!

Ron was a sweet and friendly guy. He enjoyed helping people and doing the right thing came very natural to him. His easy and relaxed style is sorely missed in politics today. My condolences to the family.

Such a nice guy. Sorry to hear this.
