I am so sad to know that Father Hazuda has died. He was a part of our lives since I was born. He presided over our family funerals, celebrations and was just an all around great guy. I received a Christmas card and a blessing from him yearly. He will be sorely missed.

Tammy & John, George & Alexander. I have wonderful memeies of your Father in my time as a parishioner at St Nick's. He would always ask how I was doing here in Cleveland when I'd be home to visit my Dad and attend liturgy. God's Blessings for all of you.

George, Alexander, Tammy and John
My prayers go out to my friend George and his family. I have been fortunate to have known the family most of my life. Father Hazuda raised his family the same as he spoke to others, with love. Were all family and he respected everyone. He will be greatly missed. His legacy and his words will live forever.

Tammy & John, George & Alexander -
Our prayers go out for all the family of Very Rev Fr Ronald Hazuda. From 1959 to his retirement, Fr Ronald touched many lives. I was one of the many, as an altar boy, my first communion, listening to many childhood and adult questions, and then marriage. Some of his advice and eulogy comments I still use to this day. Two that are profound are these: That people don't really leave us because having touched our lives, they live in our hearts for forever....

Fr. Ronald was a great priest who placed the needs of the Church - both his parish and the Diocese - over his own. His life and his kindness provided me and many others an example of faith lived day to day. May the Risen Christ receive him into the never-ending Pascha and comfort all those who mourn his passing!
