Ronald Weston Jones

My brother was the sweet guy that helped me walk, laugh, and always told me he would take of me. For my 69 yrs, he kept his promise. Even as we both lived in different states and didnt talk everyday, I always knew he was a just a phone call away.
He married the greatest big sister for me and had beautiful children and grandchildren that I loved unconditionally from afar.....with great joy listening to Ron telling loving or funny stories about their adventures.
Rest In Peace dear...

Ron was a go person, who had a big heart. I always enjoy his presents at our monthly breakfast get to gathers where we would reminisce about how great it was growing up in Overland Park especially during the 1950s. Every time Ron would see you it was with a firm hand shake
and a big smile, like he was genuinely glad to see you. Ron will surely be missed by all.

Ron was one of my older cousins, I remember him as having a smile on his face and his head cocked to the side with that twinkle in his eyes, that said he might be up to something!! I think of him as the cool guy working on cars with his neighbors and he once came to visit us with his new Chevy that was an automatic (which was really cool !) He was our family historian and took pride in the genealogy aspect, and shared with all of us. Rest in Peace Ron,
