Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear about this. Ron was a great friend growing up at First Church.

The blessed hope Ron spoke of and sang of to sooo many has now come alive for him. I am thankful for his influence on my life as we toured together and since. I pray for peace and joy for you his family during this time of such loss.

I wish to express my sincere condolences to the Keeling family. Ron served many families at the funeral homes I worked at (Portland Memorial and Riverview Abbey. He had a special gift to minister to grieving families. I never once heard an unkind word said about him and virtually every family appreciated his kind words. I remember Ron's dad, Stan, and Ron was a chip off the block of Stan. I'm sure you all grieve and miss him, but please believe me when I say he made a big difference in a...

The photo shows Dave Willson, Me and Ron. It appeared in the Sellwood-Moreland Bee in the Spring of 1965 recognizing us as Cleveland High School students participating in the summer tour of Youth for Christ Continentals.

So thankful for Ron's compassion and wonderful spirit at our family's difficult times.

To Ruth and Family: We are so sorry to know of Ron's death. He helped so many folks' families in death. We are grateful for Ron's help when our folks died. Just recently our brother Clay Wilhelm died at age 81. He has known Ron for years, too.Ron's voice is what Mom asked for when she died in 2015 @ 100 years of age. He meant a lot to her too and Dad.

I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He helped our family in many different ways. He was always very comforting and friendly. He was a good friend in high school, which is where I met him. I am sending my thoughts and prayers for all of Ron's family.

Thank you for the strength you gave me at CHS, with Continentals, and after.
