Just learned of Ron´s passing. I cared for Suzanne when she was ill. Ron and Lili Belle would visit daily with treats in hand. Ron was very kind, warm and always made me feel appreciated. He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

Mr. Leineke was an inspiration to all of us at Friends of Sutter's Fort. We will miss his delightful visits to the Fort and will always remember the generosity he showed to us, and to many other organizations throughout Sacramento. We think of him often as we walk by the Fort walls that he helped to restore, and whenever we look at the Beautiful Kondos painting he commissioned. His legacy will live on and continue to inspire us to make Sacramento a great place to live, work and visit.

Ron will be missed by neighbors on Sierra Blvd where, from the start of the process of building the office building and through the years he was clearly a good and supportive neighbor. We'll miss seeing him drive into the lot with one of his dogs and his wonderful smile and his E-Mail sign off of "Life is Good."
