MACAULEY, Ronald - Of Grand Blanc, age 76, died Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at MediLodge of Grand Blanc.


Funeral service will be held 12:30pm Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,


Minister Rex Odglen officiating.


Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.


In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Christian Church Building Fund.


Visitation 3-8pm Friday and 11:30am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.


Ronald was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 25, 1943, the son of the late Alger and Geraldine (Bullock) MacAuley. Ron served in the United States Army and was a member of Calvary Christian Church. On May 12, 1990, he married Darlene Wohrman.


Surviving are wife, Darlene;


Children, Sherry (Jim) McConnell, Mark (Chrystal) MacAuley, Daylen (Patricia) Wineland, Darla Haws, Deann (Alan) Lay, William Wohrman and Theodore Wohrman;


16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren;


Brothers and sisters, Richard MacAuley, Arlene McConnell, Jeannie MacAuley, Patricia McCracken, and Brian (Dawn) MacAuley.


He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth MacAuley and 7 siblings.

Ron will be missed strolling thru the neighborhood stopping and talking to everybody. He was a great person and I am so sorry for the family's loss.
