It is such a shock that I saw the email about Ron's pass away when I came back from one week's vacation. Before my vacation, Ron told me that he was going to have the by-pass surgery. He asked me to keep him posted even during maybe 8-weeks recovering time after his surgery, so he could return to work as soon as possible. He is so dedicated to his work. He wants to serve his customers.
I became to know him about 4 years ago when we worked togather for same customers. I was somewhat anxious...
