To Ron's Family
Am sorry to hear of
Ron's passing.
I was a friend of Ron's in the US Army back in 1973-75.
We (my wife and I and Ron and other GI's used to explore the very historic countryside we were stationed in along the Belgium border, where the Battle of the Bulge started.
I have a question for you.
I loaned Ron a framed "picture" in 1974-75 that I had found that had some drawings on the back of it. My wife and I had discovered it...

Please know that I am very saddened for your loss. I knew Ron from OCC and although our encounters were brief, I so appreciated his humor, wit and passion for politics, as it was so different than mine. We enjoyed a few moments of light hearted- debate together, all very well-intentioned. I know the months ahead will be incredibly difficult for you as a family. Know that he will be missed and his worked appreciated. May God be with you and bless you at this time.
Most Sincerely,
Caren Avery

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. An old colleague and dear friend informed me of your loss.. Worked with Ron many years ago, he was a customer at Industrial Color Labs Collamer Road location. He was always a very cheerful person and would ALWAYS come in with the greeting "Hello, hello, hello!" and drop off or pick up his film. Very fond memories of him.. Please always know that he touched my life and surely the lives of many other people.. If his book gets published I would love to read...
