O Ron, you were the funniest, kindest man. I am so saddened for your family.God bless you.

Sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Have many great memories from Nordonia HS. I can still hear Ron's laugh as we blasted out of auto shop and across front of the school in his Pontiac with the 400 we had just got running. RIP Ron.

Robin, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. My Dad saw it in the paper this morning. I remember the 80's and going to their house in a time when we never had a care in the world. He was a great host and man and photographer, then father and photographer, then we lost touch. You have my condolences. Very young. I am so sorry and RIP Ron.

Sorry to hear of Ron's passing.

Ron will be missed by many. He was friends with everyone he touched. I started with Ron early in my TV career and he taught me a lot. Working hard on many remotes and playing just as hard after. Ron was the epitome of a top notch videographer.

So very deeply sadden to hear of Ron's passing. Remember him from High School always smiling and a great person. Impressed to read all of his talents behind the camera. The world will certainly miss this great talent. I am very sorry for his family and wish them strength from God to get through this most difficult time.
RIP Ron.

So very saddened by the loss of our friend Ron, such warm and wonderful memories we all shared! Our hearts reach out to all , but especially his children, whom he adored. He will remain in the hearts of so many, rest in peace Ron, knowing you made a difference here on Earth.

Ron was a gifted visual artist. Anyone who worked alongside him will tell you that. His videography was consistently incredible -- even the awful day-to-day video he was called on to shoot for newscasts stood out as meticulous and expertly composed. He had a preternatual flair for lighting. He painted scenes with color gels that elevated every frame of his video to art.

Best example: Together, we worked with the legendary rock critic Jane Scott on an interview marking her 75th birthday...
