Not sure what to say?

Dear Nilles Family,
Ron hired me in 1970 as part of the work study program between Minnetonka High School and SUPERVALU. What a dear, special man he was. His smile and laugh will remain in my heart for years to come. He was one of those very special individuals who always thought of others first and cared deeply about his staff and their personnel struggles (especially from a financial side), he always wanted to do what he could to make the road a little easier for those in need. ...

Tom and all of the family; our thoughts
and prayers are with you in this most trying time
