On behalf of the Board of Directors of the on-line publication, American Diplomacy Publishers, I wish to express my condolences to Ambassador Ronald Palmer's family. Ambassador Palmer was a valued member of the Board of Directors of American Diplomacy for many years before becoming a member- emeritus.
