Perry, Ronald G. SARATOGA SPRINGS Ronald G. Perry died at home August 17, 2008. He was 72. Born November 21, 1935, he was the son of the late Kathleen Judge and Clyde G. Perry. Ron was a 1953 graduate of Vincentian Institute and attended Union College. He served two years in the United States Army and retired from Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in 1993 after 39 years of service. He was a communicant of St. Clement's Church in Saratoga Springs. In addition to his parents, Ron was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Susan Abriel Kulzer. Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Joan Abriel Perry; his son, Ronald J. Perry (friend Judy Reed); brother, Alan P. Perry (Helen); sisters-in-law, Ruth Abriel Finnigan (James) and Sally Abriel Rook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Christine Franchini (Dan), Susan Perry, Tracy Cunha, Robin Castiglione, James Castiglione, Joseph Castiglione, James Finnigan, Lynn Gallant, Timothy Finnigan, Matthew Finnigan and great-nephews and nieces, Andrew, Sarah and Bailey Cunha, Nicholas and Natalie Castiglione, Timothy and Brittany Finnigan and Amy, Gregory and Zachary Gallant; and special friends, Cole Herrington; and the children and grandchildren of Dr. Leo and Jeanne Roohan, and the gang at the Spring Street Deli; as well as many other special friends. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at St Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in Ron's memory may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373).
