Ronnie my dear friend you are and always will be in our hearts, you are someone I'll always remember. Right from the start at Lord Baltimore when my family moved to the area you were one of the first friends I made and our friendship continued as adults. I'll see you again my good friend in the New System. LeRon Chambliss

Condolence. To the family. I'm just wondering if he was the our friend police Ronald Proctor that me and my husband met at Seven Eleven in Suitland , MD around 1980-1981. He attended our wedding in 1982 with his baby girl. Again, condolence

My prayers are with The Proctor family. Ronnie struggled with his illness for awhile and held on as long as he could. God saw him struggling and eased his pain. Ronnie was such a character who lived life to the fullest. He is now in heaven visiting and joking with family and friends. May he continue to shine.
Love you.

My deepest condolences to your family. It's never easy to lose a loved one. Please find comfort in God's promise found at John 6:40 which says that soon we will see all our loved ones again. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
