A friend to be remembered

Ron was a wonderful, talented man who touched many hearts. His memory will live on. Thoughts and prayers to his family as they remember him on February 6th.

He was one of my favorites . I can only echo the comments of Kamau and Ed . I have fond memories of Ron .

I was stunned and deeply sorry to hear of Ron's passing. We were especially close in the 1990s when we played golf together frequently. We were also co-combatants weathering the ups and downs of playing in Broadway pits. Ron was a person of opinions and he was willing to share them whenever and I loved him for that. My name is Kamau Adilifu. I'm a trumpet player and I met Ron back in 1983 when I was House Contractor for the show "The Tap Dance Kid". Ronnie was one of my very favorite people in the band. Both for his musicianship and professionalism and also because he was such a "cool cat" to be around. Ron was an exceptional baker for sure! I told him if he ever opened his own bakery I would go work for him. He was a good person and will be missed.
