Ron and I were friends years ago at Pottsville Youth for Christ. My deepest sympathy for his loss, but we know that his soul is with Jesus Christ, probably in one of the largest mansons prepared for a good and faithful servant. May His peace rest on all of his family,

Rev. Ron and Carol were a huge part of my teenage life during their ministry at First Baptist of York. They opened their home and hearts and were generous examples of Christ's love. Many Sunday afternoons were spent at their home enjoying a delicious meal prepared by Carol and then listening to Rev. Ron play the piano and singing. He also was helpful with preparing for my college admissions: driving me to Eastern College in his Fiat, securing my overnight accommodation at Eastern Seminary...

Our condolences and prayers go to the Raught family. Reverend Raught was our pastor and conducted our marriage ceremony. He gave us a clear explanation of the Gospel. 37 years later Our marriage is still centered on Christ.
