Our parents Swen and Helen were sad to leave DeKalb when Ronnie was 12 and I was 5 for Oceanside California to be closer to the Bemis relatives Harold, Hazel and Harriett. Ronnie so missed his friends and DeKalb Family especially our beloved Aunt Annie and our Uncle Veik Hietikko and their son John.
