Ron was truly a person that set the bar when it came to how he interacted with others. More than a dozen years ago, I was the new kid on the company block and I didn't know how to shut my computer down properly. I asked one co-worker and in turn she asked Ron if he could help. He came over to my desk and showed me what to do. Looking back in hindsight this was done without hesitation or grumbling. Little did I know that such a solid rapport would be built over the years.

Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal - Fact. The loss of this special person will take a long time for us to make the adjustment. Ron was one of God's angels on earth.
