Not sure what to say?

We know this day is hard for you and the family, so we are sending you hugs. We want to you to know we are thinking of you.

Penny, I want to send my condolences on the passing of Ron to you and your family. I have fond memories of all of you. I especially remember the rescue on the bay, and all the visits in Linwood.

So saddened to hear of Ron´s death. Ron and I worked together on many boards and council´s for many years, while I was with the Family Court and he with Saginaw Public Schools. He was bright, knowledgeable, and always had a kind word for everyone he met. A man of great principle with a wry sense of humor that stayed with him throughout the years. We all will miss him greatly.

Ron was a very special person in my life. I was a sixteen year student when he selected me and two other students to work in a new federal program, Neighborhood Youth Corps (NYC). He was one of my supervisors/mentor and later he referred to Marilu and I as his little sisters. Love you Ron. Rest in peace my big brother.

Ron was a visionary when he served as the superintendent of the Charter Schools at SVSU. He created a scholarship program for these students who enrolled at SVSU and due to that vision that was enhanced by additional initiatives countless students have graduated over the years who most likely would not have obtained a college degree to pursue their purpose and passion -- Priceless

Single Memorial Tree

My sympathy to the family -Ron was the most generous and fair person always giving people the opportunity to excel. Having considered him a friend forever I can only say we and my family will miss him. May he Rest In Peace.

My condolences to the family. I knew Ron through my work covering and volunteering for Saginaw Public Schools, and his later role at SVSU. He was a committed educator, a consummate professional, and a caring person. Your family is in my prayers.

Dear Penny, I was shocked and saddened to learn of Ron´s death. His photo looked just as I remember him from my childhood, so very handsome. More than that, he was so very kind. Please accept my sincere sympathy, Penny. I have many fond members of being neighbors and friends. You and Ron will be fondly remembered always.
