Not sure what to say?

I´ve retired from the firm which was like home with you as our leader. Ron you are still truly missed because the firm has never been the same. No more company outings like the baseball games and picnics w use to have. Continue to RIP my dear friend.

Things were not the same at work when God called you home. As the head of the organization you kept everything and everybody together. We were more than friends we were family because you were such a people person who cared about people first. I truly miss our talks regarding your girls and my daughter we were both proud parents. Continue to sleep and just know that the hearts you touch still miss you very much.

Dear Kim,Allow me express my condolences to you and your daughters.I have known and worked with Ron since the earily Kidder Peabody days.He was great person to have known. He was always so proud of his daughters.I will miss his laugher.

I also only began to know and work with Ron recently, but was immediately struck with his easy -- but professional -- manner with others and how he expressed interest in you as a person, beyond being a fellow employee. His loss will be felt greatly by many, and I pray God's blessing of comfort on the family during this very sad time.

What could I say after so many years Ron and family? But Ron had such a charismatic personality and karma about him that just shined thru like a beacon. ..
Rest in peace, glad to have met you. And my most deepest and profound condolences to the family...
