Ron, May you rest in God's Peace

Prayers too the Shelby family. May Rons memory be eternal.

Ron was a force of nature. A dedicated worker and a good guy. And a practical joker: I remember a time (at the 11th St. Sundstrand plant) when I took a customer out to the parking lot to get into my truck for lunch and discovered Ron had put a sign on the truck that said,"Gordy's chickens. Pick 'em and Pluck 'em" and had even put a chicken in the bed of the truck! When I looked back at the plant, Ron was at the door with a giant grin on his face and there were people at all the windows...

Ron was always a pleasant person to see at Sundstrand; smiling, upbeat, and happy to see others. I am terribly sorry that he is gone.

I was so sadden to read of Ron's passing. He always supported his people and communicated when he needed to. We sure had some good laughs, but worked really hard. I know he will be missed, he always had such a presence. My God bless you in this time of sorrow.

I am so so sorry to hear of Ron´s passing. I worked for Ron three years at Sundstrand Aviation on 11th Street. He was a wonderful boss, in fact the best boss I have ever had. He treated his employees with kindness and caring. It was with a sad heart I heard of this. May God be with you as you go through this sad time. The world will be missing a great man.
