Ronald was born on August 21, 1950 and passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017. Ronald was a resident of Dunmore, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Ronald graduated from North Pocono High School. He served in the U.S. Army. He was married to JoAnn (Shaffer) Shiffer. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC 3 First St in Spring Brook Twp. Cremation was private in Strauch's Pocono Crematory in Gouldsboro. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hamlin Hawgs Inc. P.O. Box 125 Hamlin, PA 18427.
