Not sure what to say?

I met Ron when I gave the Officer Friendly classes at Newberry Elementary in the 70's and 80's. He always had a smile and knew every child by name, even my three. He will be missed by many.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

My family and I had known Ron for many years. My mother's principal; she shared stories of his kind and funny manner. When I started teaching, he made the connection and was very supportive. We often laughed at how tall the trees my dad gave him had grown (during those years when we had both grown older.) Then when he and Louise connected, it seemed so right that two kind and funny people be together. But the thing I will always remember is how whenever Ron came upon me or anyone he knew...

Louise and family - We were deeply saddened when Allan came by to tell us of Ron's passing. We were blessed to have been neighbors for over 20 years.
I could always count on Ron stopping over as we were working in the yard to give us a break and tell us a story. The neighborhood just isn't the same. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are available to help with anything that needs done. Take care -

I want to give my condolences to Mr Shueys family. I worked as a head custodian at Herman Heights elementary school. I have gotten married and have moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Four words sum up Mr. Shuey. WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN!
I had Mr. Shuey as a principal over twenty some years ago.
Then three years ago, I got a job at the credit union, where I reconnected with him on a daily basis. We became so close that I was lucky to receive one of his amazing paintings.
I will treasure it forever!
To his wife, children, grandchildren; your husband, your father, and your grandfather was an amazing man. God bless you all.

I have many fond memories of working with Ron. He was a great educator and a good friend. We will be away and not able to attend his funeral, our prayers are with you.
