Not sure what to say?

Ron ... hard to believe you have been gone for two years. Think of you often and miss you. Your memory lives on with Donna and family. Rest easy, my man. Love, Jack and Jill

We miss you, Ron and can't believe it's been a year since you've been gone. No matter how much time passes, you will forever be in our thoughts.
Love,
Jack and Jill

I had the privilege of being Ron's friend for over twenty years. We were neighbors, and passing by his home most every day we got to talking, and then became friends. We talked about everything from family to football to automobiles (we both had a special love for Mercedes-Benz) to life in general. And we agreed on pretty much everything.

We also attended the same fitness club, and he also made friends in bunches there as well. Ron was always ready to ask about your family and...

Yes Ron did have a gift to gab...but I loved his gab he was never boring.Always something interesting to talk about and genuinely interested in hearing about how your life was proceeding.Always a sharp dresser tan and fit with that disarming smile.I thought he'd live to be a hundred and enjoy every minute of it!Another reminder to the rest of us...Be here Now!

Ron Simons. A good , solid man. I've known and liked Ron for many, many years. My condolences to Ron's family.

Donna, Megan, and Scott, I am so sorry to hear about the news of Ron's passing. Although it has been some time since we've seen each other (which I suppose inevitably happens when we grow up and get into the real world of kids and 70-hour work weeks), his infectious smile and customary greeting ("Heyyyyyyy Anthony") have been and will always be forever in my mind. Annual hunting excursions, UOP football games, and long talks about Scott and I one day becoming law partners are just a few of...

Donna, Megan, Scott, and family-I was very saddened when Scott called me with the news about Ron. We were friends for 55 years- First meeting in the West Hall Dorms at UOP. I have memories of the all-nighters before exams and the late-night runs to Lugo's Pizzeria. During our college years, and for many years after, we looked forward to pheasant season, each November. When Scott and Anthony were older, we took them on their first hunt with us. We will miss him and his lively conversations. If...

Donna, Megan and family - Nothing prepares one for this news. I'm so sorry. What a perfect obituary... exactly how I will remember Ron. From the time I was little, I remember how much he loved to work in his yard, loved his Porsche, and he was the BEST host. He always made us feel so welcome in your home, and it was evident that he truly wanted to know us individually. I love the friendship he shared with my dad, and appreciate it even more now that I understand how difficult it is to...
