My condolences to Maggi and the Slayton family. I worked with Ron at the Department of Education quite a long time ago. It was when he worked with Bob Oliphant and at one time had Gary Martin as Manager of the School Apportionments Office. He always was pleasant and I enjoyed his smile. Dear Slayton Family,
I'm very sorry to hear about Ron's passing. I have many fond memories of Ron when we worked together at the Department of Education. I remember him with that half-smile, half-smirk on his face and always with a twinkle in his eye. I won't be able to attend his service on Saturday, but please know my thoughts will be with all of you.
