Not sure what to say?

Julie and Jeff, So sorry to here about your Dad. I am Ron's Cousin, Junes son Jim. Last time I saw your dad was in 1965 in Carrington, ND at our Grandma's funeral. I have very fond memories of your Dad and your Grandparents Earl and Florence. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Ron, my fun loving cousin,
So many memories, holidays, tripoli, poker,"Blue Spruce" ship captain and crew, horseshoe tournaments,I could go on and on. Living in Everett pretty much 60 years and our families 2 blocks apart. You'll be part of many conversations for years to come and many laughs.NEVER FORGOTTEN. You're in a better place-- until we're together again. SO GLAD we were together New Years Day when I was in Everett and SO GLAD to have talked to you Valentine's Day from...

I'll never forget the first time I heard you sing Karaoke. My mouth dropped open and I stared in awe. You are the only person that I have ever heard sing karaoke and make up the words but make the words sound like they were part of the song. Ron you were a great person. I will miss your smile and laughter but most of all your singing. You will not be forgotten.

Who knew you were the first Charles Barkley prototype in basketball. All those wonderful memories of all us fellas playing at the Elks. You and that laugh will be missed dearly. I'm proud that we were friends.

So many memories...so many memories of this man, and this father. He gave me a true feeling of family, and for that I will be forever grateful...

What a guy. I will really miss his laughter, jokes he always had a smile and could he tell the stories. He was fun to laugh, dance sing with and we had a blast at soft pitch games. Thinking of all of you. Margie

Ron, if they have popcorn, karaoke and burned marshmallows in heaven- will you send me a shooting star to tell me so? You will be missed by all who's lives were touched by your kindness, humor and laughter. God bless and comfort your family and loved ones.

Julie & Jeff:
So sorry to hear about your Dad. Our Mothers were best friends from North Dakota. Each moved to Washington State and remained friends. Remembering Ronnie from our "younger days" - I'll always think of his kind, calm demeanor - and the song 'Tiny Bubbles' will bring a smile. Our thoughts & prayers are with you and your families.

Mary (Hatfield [Roed]) Myers

Although I haven't seen Ron in many years I will always have fond memories of our time growing up in the Riverside neighborhood. He was a good friend and will surely be missed by many.
