We are so sorry to just now be learning of Ron's passing. We both worked with Ron at the University of Texas Police Dept. Ron was instrumental in helping me get hired on with the Dallas Police Dept in 1995 and my husband in 1990. Ron was a wonderful friend, co-worker and officer. He had a big heart and always ready with a joke to make you laugh. Never heard a harsh word pass his lips. He spoke often of all of his family that he had so much love for.
