Not sure what to say?

I was one of Dr. Steenerson´s truly blessed patients, but I also felt like he was a true friend. We went through hell together fighting my bilateral Meniere´s dz/Autoimmune ear dz and year after year the dz kept worsening and I kept having complications. But not once did I feel like he wasn´t as invested in a solution to every crazy thing my system was doing. We were a team, and we kept each other´s spirits up with the same enjoyment of dry humor and figuring out the puzzle. He will forever...

I knew Ronald as DR. Steenerson. I was sent to him but an ear doctor that could perform the surgery I needed. At the age of 13 he removed a tumor I had growing on my skull behind my ear drum. It was and still is the worst experience I´ve ever had in my life. The pain was awful. But he successfully fixed me up. Still to this day my new doctor says she can see his work in my head. In the office, he was very quiet and straight to the point. I remember so many visits where he would look around in...

Dr. Steenerson was my ENT Doctor and the one thing that I will never forget was the day that he performed my Cochlear Implant surgery in 1998 . I had been deaf since 1979 , until Dr. Steenerson performed surgery on me which was a blessing and I'm also so grateful and thankful to be hearing again because of him . He also gave me a few color pictures of the Implant surgery for safekeep which I will always treasure . I thank God for bringing Dr. Steenerson into my life and may God Bless his soul...

Dr Steenerson was my ENT. After years of doctors, test, drugs, I made an appointment with him, and after a short test and meeting, he looked at me and said "You have Menieres" Everyone knows him by The Guru of this disease. For almost 20 years he has been one of the greatest doctors of my lifetime. Always so pleasant, professional, articulate in layman´s terms and truly caring. He will be sorely missed by people who will never have the opportunity to meet him or be his patient. Praise...

Dr. Steenerson did an ottoplasty on me when I was 19 years old. I didn´t have any money, and he was kind enough to let me make payments. He changed my life. He was a wonderful man.

Dr Steenerson was a wonderful Dr. My prayers and condolences to all.

The first time I met Dr. Steenerson was 25 years ago at his office in Atlanta. I was suffering with Meniere's disease and experiencing frequent episodes of vertigo. The first things I noticed upon arriving at his office were the numerous cactus plants that decorated his waiting room. I remember thinking that if I were to suddenly develop a vertigo episode, I would be a goner. It made me laugh out loud. It didn't take Dr. Steenerson very long to determine I was suffering with Meniere's. He...

As a nurse at Northside Hospital I met Dr Steenerson while taking care of his post op patients. He quickly joined my list of favorite physicians. He was kind , caring and so very funny with his dry wit! He was a special man and lead a remarkable life. I feel lucky to have known him. Sending love to his family.

Such a great story for an even greater person. I had the Good Fortune to be a junior resident under Ron in california. He treated everyone equally no matter their status. He was kind to the most humble patient and was a terrific instructor to all the residents. As Chaucer said, gladly would be learning lately what he teach, and that certainly runs motto about everything including life especially beyond the medicine. Ron stood out in so many areas and was so modest that we often didn't know...
