Not sure what to say?

So many memories. Often, when Bill Preiss and I have lunch together, the conversation turns to our thoughts of Ron. The one memory that stands out was when Ron would sit down at a piano. I miss him.

I think of Ron often.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Ron's name on a highway sign on Tesson Ferry today. I am so sorry for your loss. I was in youth group with Ron during our high school days. He was kind enough to take me to my high school prom since I didn't have a date. I'm sure he is truly missed by many.

I first met Ron when I was 17 year old rushing to get my younger sister home so she could attend her St. Louis County Police Explorer's meeting. I was heading southbound on Hwy 55 and Ron was shooting radar on top of the Loughborough Avenue bridge. He didn't catch me until I reached Bayless Avenue (which was roughly 2.5 miles away). I was in my baby blue 1977 Ford F100 doing 80mph. When he approached the truck, he was pretty pissed and decided to write me numerous tickets for...

My fondest memory of Ron was how much fun he had going to casino's. I remember when Ron, Denise, and my late wife Lisa all went to Las Vegas and what a time they had. Went a few times with them myself, just a little more local. Ron usually smiling and had a joke or bit of humor everytime I saw him. He will be missed. Denise, you have the love and support of many. Take care and God bless.

Denise,
I am so sorry to hear of Ron's death. Ron was always very nice and funny when I saw him. Remember our walking days, so long ago? I can't take away any of your hurt and sadness but I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I know you and Ryan will be there for each other all the time. I know you have many memories to help you get through this, one day at a time.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

I am deeply saddened by Ron's death, having known him for 44 years. We didn't see each other often. I'd think about him and intend to call,,,but I didn't and I regret it.
