Not sure what to say?

Dear Irina, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I will endeavor to fulfill Ron's wish that we perform "a meaningful act of kindness" each day. It is a noble request. God bless you and your family.

Ron's salon dinners where we shared fine food and wine as well as his gift of filling the room with great conversation are a cherished memory. Ron was always there when you needed someone to talk to or needed help. Although he will be missed, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is that when our time comes we know that there will be a seat at his dinner party in heaven with great food, fine wine, and incredible company.

Steve & I had many fun times with Irina and Ron! Dinners at each other´s homes, tennis matches and dinner in London after watching matches at Wimbledon. Ron was funny and kind and always made us feel welcome in his home. We loved all the activities he was in - staying active both physically and mentally. Ron was truly a one of a kind person and he will be missed by many.

RIP my friend if it weren't for you inviting to play basketball in the over 50 group I would have never met this wonderful group of guys that love and respect the game of basketball. Thanks Ron. P.S. I'm 70 and still playing.

In the last year I have been in contact with Ron via the internet and was saddened to learn of his ALS diagnosis. I was not surprised but was very much impressed how Ron and his family tackled this challenge and fought so bravely .Maybe it was his Glen Lyon family upbringing or his Newport school experience that provided Ron and family with so much grit and courage. As an old coach they say you never lose if you don't quit. Ron NEVER QUIT> Dave Kule classmate

Godspeed my special friend. It was a long and memorable ride. You will stay in my heart forever. Lin

I grew up with Ron, he gave me my nickname. He was my friend & email pal. I hope that God's face shines on him. He broke bread at my home. Sorry I never made to Plano to his house on my way to Maine. tsame.
