Not sure what to say?

Mr Thrash was my 6th grade teacher at crescent elementary I believe it was 1990-1991. I will never forget this man and in fact I was just talking about the impact he had on me when I google searched and came to find he had passed. It was the first year I got straight As and made principals honor roll. I love this man and will never forget his infectious smile. Gheith Chakmakchi

Mr. Thrash was my 6th grade teacher in the 87/88 school year at Crescent elementary. He was a nice man and he read the Hobbit to us every day. He was super-buffed out and when I heard he was in a body building magazine, I ran to the store, Hughes Market on Faremont and Santa Ana Canyon to see my teacher in it. Rest in Peace Mr. Thrash. We remember!

Mr. Thrash was my 3rd-grade teacher in the year 2009-2010. He was by far one of my favorite teachers at Kennedy Elementary. He was very funny and was very kind to me. He was proud of how well I did in my academics as a third grader and he very much believed in me. I didn’t know it at the time but looking back, I can finally conclude that he was one of the first people to ever believe in me. Some of the memories that I carry of him were that he would always share his bag or can of cashews and...

i wish i was a better student to you, i miss him and he comes across my mind a lot.

I am just now hearing about his passing and am sorry for the loss of this great man. He was a beloved and memorable teacher. He was my 6th grade (1991-1992) teacher in Orange Unified School District and was known for being harder on the boys and easier on the girls. Decades later, I became a fire inspector with the City of Santa Ana. When I went to go inspect one of the schools circa 2008, I saw a certain last name of a teacher on the school layout and thought, No, it couldn't be. I asked the...

I just learned of Ron's passing today, Monday Jan. 18, 2016 and I am stunned. Ron and I were roommates our sophomore year in college in San Diego. We reconnected several years later when he was my daughters sixth grade teacher. She was an above average student up to then. After a year with Ron, she was a straight A student all the way through The University of Washington. We owe it to Ron and the way he communicated with his students. Thank you Ron, you were a good friend, and you'll be...

Mr. Trash was my colluege at Kennedy Elementary... We both taught 3rd grade, it was a joy working with him. What i loved the most about Mr. Thrash was that he was easy to talk to...He called me Mrs. Z... I sure do miss him, we all do at Kennedy... U will never be forgotten...

Happy Birthday Dad! "We Love You Infinity"
