Sincerest condolences to the Van Winkle family. I'd know Ron since elementary school at Crowley way back in the day. He was always in a cheerful mood and had a big smile on his face. Even though we didn't stay in close contact after graduation from Redwood HS, we'd message or call one another several times. He was a friend and will be missed by many.

I am sad to hear of Ron's passing. I will miss seeing him at the Farmer's Market and formerly at the Redwood volleyball games. So helpful and sweet.

Sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I will miss all his private messages on Facebook sending me lots of information on current articles pertaining to my health issues. He kept me informed on all the new treatment options for Fibromyalgia and for healthier ways to live without so much pain. I believe he was a walking encyclopedia. I never got to meet Ron here on earth, but I look forward to meeting him in Heaven.
