Dear Lani,

We extend our condolences at Ron's passing. We only knew Ron briefly, but he has impacted our lives positively for many years. He had a very special gift and love for making anyone feel comfortable, important and interesting - including us. We are so grateful that we made the cousin connection with you and that brought Ron into our lives. We have to be in Illinois on Friday for a daughter, so unfortunately we can't attend the funeral in person, but you and your family will...

Dear Liz and family,I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I know that you always cherished him and admired him in so many ways. I have no doubt that you will continue to share his legacy. I have been thinking about you and send lots of prayers. May your father rest in peace. With love,Mary Rita Cuddihy

I first met Ron when I occupied his CES office upon his transfer to the Historical Department. From that time onward, I have had the greatest respect and appreciation for his knowledge, his kindness, his friendship, and his discipleship. He will be missed!

I adore Ron Walker. As he was to everybody, he was always totally kind and empathetic toward me. May his eternal companion and he always have joy and rejoicing in their posterity.

What a blessing Ron has been to the community of LDS historians over the decades. We will miss him very much. Thanks for allowing him to bless all of our lives over the years.

Blessings and condolences to the Walker Family along with good memories and deep respect from
Ron's Bay Area CES colleagues. Love and concern to all at a tender time.

What a blessing to have a loving husband and father in your lives and to have made so many happy memories together. He certainly leaves behind a fabulous legacy - we know nothing could make him happier! We are sending all of our love your way...Joe, Sara, Mason, Thomas, Andrew, & Kathryn Apke
