In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Our prayers are with you and your family during this time.

Gaye, I just looked at the obits on my computer and saw your husband's death, I am so very sorry to read the news. I will be praying for you and your family, especially you, Gina, Paul and Russ. I know that Richard's death is still very painful to them and now this. My heart aches for all of you! We must continue to believe that God is in control, hold on to his strong hands as you go thru this difficult time and he will comfort you as only he can! Sending love and hugs to all of you. Love,...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Gaye
I am very sorry for your loss.Ron was a great person and friend.I worked with him at Roy Stone.Take care and your family will be in my prayers.God bless you.

Gaye, I am so sorry to hear of Ronnie's death. The last time I saw him (and you) was at the hospital in Radford. My hubby Olen was dying for colon cancer at the time. I've since remarried and live in Fancy Gap. I was a friend of Ronnie's, Pete Blackburn. I pray you are doing fine and the Picture of Ronnie is exactly as I remember him. I am not in good health and have COPD, etc., but life goes on and I am thankful for each day. Love to Gaye and I will be praying for you. Tabby Edwards...

Dearest Gaye,
What a good and loving wife you are. We know how you cherished every day you had with your dear husband and he with you. Such a gift comes only from God.

How can we not miss this wonderful man? You know we already do. But his music, his love and respect for nature and the simple wisdom he shared in the way he lived his life stays with us always. Ronnie left it better than he found it.

Now it is time for us to celebrate his greatest triumph and time...

Ron, Jr. and Donnie, I am so saddened by your loss. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find much comfort in all the good memories you shared with your dad. Judy Edwards (Chris's mom)

Gaye,
I'm so sorry for your loss, Diane said he was talking to my mom(Jeri) I hope they are looking down on us and talking about some of the old stunts from teamster's days. She thought a lot of both of you! I work 12 hour nights so I probably will not be able to be there but know you and your family are in my prayers. Mitzie Wagner
