Dear Elizabeth,

My hearts go out to you and the children at this very sad time.
Ron was my first photography teacher and also one of my best teachers ever. He taught me the joy of photography. His talent and hard work and the search for creativity, was a great source of inspiration.
He was a great friend to talk to and share ideas with, and he will be greatly missed...

Dear Max, Frank & Lucy,
Our hearts go out to you at this very difficult time. We are so grateful that you are part of our extended family even though we only rarely see you. May you go foward in life with all the strengths and happiness that your father would wish for you. All our love - the east coast family - the Leftin & Leftin/Walsh families.

I will miss Ron's quiet intensity and wit. I look forward to seeing the photos. Fare thee well.
