Not sure what to say?

Not a day goes by where I don´t think of my father. I miss him terribly. I miss his smile , laugh, and sharp but sometimes goofy wit. I know that I´ll see him again

Ditto to my comments from last year. I have many fond memories of Ron, once again remembering his engaging smile and personality. Blessings to his family on this day and whenever they find themselves thinking of their dad, grandpa, or...

My father was a very decent man who deeply loved his family and friends. He taught us to always be respectful of others as well as ourselves. He also taught us to work hard and enjoy life. He taught us it was ok to be the way that we were and to make our own path in the world. I miss him terribly every day. Love you dad!!

I´m glad I requested to be reminded annually via email of Ron´s passing. I´ve reread the many comments again, being reminded of Ron´s character and especially his love of family, friends and Parkrose folks at all levels.

He was a kind man and a true professional. I loved working for him.

I have wonderful, warm memories of Ron. He always made time to chat and get caught up with family, his and mine, as well as with our respective black Labs. I cannot say enough about Ron’s professionalism and his care for the Parkrose staff; they were his extended family. Jill remembers asking the Ad Building secretary when she might get an interview for a teaching position, and Ron leaning out of his office and saying, “How about right now?”

Ron Zook was my basketball and track coach for my 4 years of high school at Jefferson High School (Jefferson, Oregon), 1961-1965. He was also my teacher in a few science classes. He was a great coach and teacher and I he was a big part of my high school days. I ran across Ron's obituary just this evening (3/12/2020). This is very sad news. My condolences to Marilyn and the rest of Ron's family. Dick Burgess, Jefferson High School. Class of 1965

Ron was a good guy to work for. He always treated me with consideration.

Ron was a great neighbor and a great example of keeping active as we grow older. We will miss him.
