Not sure what to say?

Ronda has been a member of the 27th East Ward for many years and has served in many callings in the Relief Society and Primary where she has touched many lives. Several ward members have approached me with stories of her service to their children as a Primary Teacher and Achievement Day leader and have expressed their sorrow at her passing. As a ward family we love Rhonda and will miss her dearly. We express your sincere condolences to her family and special close friends.

As friends through our high school years, and occasional and fond embraces since, I wish to send her family my condolences for their great loss. Ronda had a sense of humor that encompassed all who were around her. She was a member of our 45th High School Reunion Committee. We have lost a true friend, a great care-giver, and a remarkable human being. May you find peace and comfort in this time of sorrow.

I grew up across the street from Rhonda on 4th Avenue in SLC. When I was in second grade we moved to Denver, but we came to visit her often when we were in town. I think Rhonda had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. She always had a smile on her face and a hug waiting for me. I can clearly hear her voice saying "You cute kids!" as we walked in the door. I remember painting a spooky Halloween tree with glaze with her. Rhonda, we will miss you. All my love to you and your family...

Ronda,
You are an inspiration as one of the truly authentic people who radiate compassion. The tenderness that flows from your heart as you dealt with hurting children touched generations of lives. From us fellow human service workers, to careworn parents to the children that you have healed -- we are all in your debt for changing us forever. What an honor it has been to laugh, cry, work, grow and create in your supportive, empathetic presence.
Love, Machelle

It has been a while since I last saw Ronda, but when I saw her picture, I could hear her cheery voice in my mind. We knew each other from many years at Primary Children's. She was always upbeat, positive, and fun to be around. I'm sure you will all miss her terribly.

I am so sad to hear about Rhonda. We were good friends while we were in nursing school and had many great "adventures" together during school and after. My heart is crying and I feel empty without her. I have heard much about her family and wish you well and may the Lord comfort you with his great comforting spirit at this time.

Dear Heart,
From those early years at BYU until you retired into consulting I have hopefully been worthy of your friendship. Your devotion, simply and constantly displayed, left me more than once awe inspired. I always felt like a dandy-lyon next to a splended rose. The garden won't be the same without you, dear.

I was very saddened to hear of Ronda's passing. I worked with Ronda on the unit at the old Primary Children's Hospital and have many fond memories of her happy disposition and positive influence on hundreds of troubled kids. Ronda was always very upbeat and caring - when you spoke to Ronda you had her full attention. I'm sure her influence and smiling face will be sorely missed.

Ronda was a very special person, and a good friend to many of her high school friends of which I am one. Her absence will leave a big empty spot in our lives. Words can't express how much we will miss her. May God help you through these hard times during the next few days and then through the lonely days that follow. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.
