COUNCIL — Rosa Mae Bowen, 81, of 367 Drye Road, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at Bladen County Hospital.

The funeral service will be Saturday, July 12, at 2 p.m. at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Council. Burial will be in Carvers Creek Cemetery.
