Not sure what to say?

I had Ms Pickle when I transferred to State, 1977. She was a wonderful professor and I learned a lot from her. May God keep you as you sleep in His arms. Blessings to her family, friends and State Alumni.

My sincere condolences to the family during these difficult times. In 1969-71, I was a student in Miss Pickel's Freshman French class at West Va State University. She was an excellent Professor that really spoke French very fluently. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot Heal. RIP Miss Pickel!

I am saddened to learn of the recent passing of Professor Rosa Pickle, I knew her during my years as a student at West Virginia State College (1961-1964). I was a Spanish major, and her contributions to the foreign language department were exemplary. May her soul enter into eternal rest where there is no end. God bless her family, former students, sorority sisters, and friends.

Ms. Pickel was a great teacher. She always so kind. Prayers for her family.

I went to State back in 1975. My memory of Ms Pickel was with such fondness. She would come by Sullivan Hall to greet the residence, and always with such love. I always saw her with the most beautiful smile and that's a good way to remember her. I know God welcomed with the love she always gave.

God Bless you Soror!! Thank you for being an example of excellence.

I am one of many who benefitted from Ms. Pickel´s presence here on earth! She was evidence of God´s eternal promise to timely meet our needs! The impact she had on my transition from a shy freshman to a mature man and professional cannot be understated! She was encouraging, kind, instructive, and demanding! She will always be a blessed and cherished memory. Rest in peace Professor Pickel.

I was saddened to hear about the transition of my Soror Golden Delta Dear Mme Rosa Pickle. Sending my condolences to her family

I´m sad to hear my favorite professor at WVSC has made her transition. She left an incredible legacy here on earth with students like myself. You will always be remembered for the kindness and patience toward your students and peers. Thank you Soror Pickel. Job well done....Now rest in his arms.
