Not sure what to say?

My condolences on the loss of such a wonderful woman! She was my mentor and for many years in the Air Force; I worked for her in Florida in 2000/2001. She was an amazing example of a leader, as a human, and as a horseman (we shared a love of Arabian horses). I will forever think of her when I put on red lipstick, which was one of her trademarks.

We married the same man at different seasons of life, both became ex-wives, and enjoyed confidential conversations over the years. She was an excellent confidant , military leader and woman. I will miss you Ro.

Although I did not know her, she sounds like an outstanding example of excellence in the world. What a legacy of service, courage, and love she leaves. I am so sorry for her family and friends to suffer her loss. Rest in peace, Hero.

I worked for General Ro Bailey around 2002-2004 in the Aeronautical Enterprise at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio along with Col Carpenter. She would often call me in to hear my persepective as the only Chief Master Sergeant in her unit. She always took care of the Enlisted Troops in our organization. Great leader, listener and person, we will miss her dearly. Slow Salute to you General Bailey. RIP, Chief (Ret) Durkee, USAF

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Rosanne Bailey. Our God is God of comfort, let him continue to comfort your family by giving you peace,
comfort, and strength to endure the days ahead.

I spent time with Ro when she was a vice chancellor at UAF and I was involved with staff governance. UAF definitely had some challenges during this time and we had good conversations. Condolences to the family.

God bless you for your service to your country and countrymen. RIP , Rosanne Bailey.

My deepest Condolences to the Family at this time of sadness, God hears the prayers of those calling on Him look to God and He will Comfort you Psalms 66:19.

General Bailey is a great leader in all she did and demanded the best from you. She would always be the last to leave from work and she would not ask someone to do something that she would not do. A top-notch officer and she will be missed by many. Sorry to see her taken before her time. God bless the family in their lost of their love one.
