Last story, though I have so many - from playing Bell Ball in the dark in the Blue Room of Old Main, to watching Dr. Who.
Rose's mother passed away. One of the last things Rose did with her mother was to make one last batch of pierogies. They sauteed them halfway, then froze them. Rose brought them back to college with her, and said we were going to share them.

Rose loved The Last Unicorn by Peter S Beagle. When she was taking a class in braille, she wrote to Mr. Beagle asking his permission to type the book in braille for her friends to read. He gave permission for a one time copy. Years later I had the chance to speak to him, and he remembered this. 1/3

I am so very sorry to read this. Rose and I were good friends, but I haven't been in touch in recent years. We went to Kutztown together. David, Rose, and I had lots of fun for many years and she often spoke about her family. My sympathy to you all.
