Roscoe Todd

My Uncle Roscoe will be dearly missed. He was loved by all who knew him. I will always remember him as being so quick witted, funny, kind, and all his sisters loved him. I remember how he used to tease my Grandmother.
As my mother's health declined he always came to visit her and call her. She loved her baby brother as did we all.
