Not sure what to say?

Dear Antonucci family,

We just found out about Rose, and are profoundly grieved. She was for many years our hard-working, always-reliable ad much-valued travel agent, and she enriched our lives, and our children's, through the many memorable vacations that she enabled. We were sorry to have lost contact with her after she retired, and are sorrier still to learn that she is gone. We are grateful to have known her, and we extend our heartfelt sympathy to all of you.

Maria, My deepest sympathies to you and your family during this difficult time. Losing a parent is difficult no matter how old we are - our lives are never the same. I wish you peace, comfort and strength in the days ahead.
