Rose Marie Bartley

Rose was born on June 10, 1938 and passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Rose is also survived by two sisters, Fannie Alice Horne of Johns Creek, KY & Donna Butler of Elkhorn City, KY and one brother, Franklin Belcher of Johns Creek, KY. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00PM Monday, September 23, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 24 at 1:00PM from the chapel with Neil Coleman and Roger Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery at Pikeville, KY.
