She was neat as a pin, walked with such confidence in her small frame and high heels, and her lipstick was always perfect. She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. My condolences to the many Bloom Family members, CEI coworkers and friends of Rose Marie -- I offer you my prayers and thoughts to all of you. I worked with Rose Marie in the Civil and Mechanical Engineering Department in downtown Cleveland during the late 1970s. She was a great secretary with a great warm personality.
