Our sincere condolences to both the Chobanian and Balian families. I will always remember Rose for her wit, sage advice and generosity. I enjoyed many Sunday afternoon visits and meals at Rose and Dick's home.

I first started going to Rose when she was in the Sill building. She did things for my father and my family. She did her monogramming free hand which was excellent. I always enjoyed visiting with her. I have fond memories.

Dear Annette & Family,
I am sorry for your loss, of a great woman.Rose was a dear friend of my mother and were friends in Iran and Tabriz, having come from the same area. I remember as a little girl, my mom speaking in Armenian with Rose and the other 3 ladies, here in Flint. They were all good buddies.
