Dear Janet ,
So sorry to have just read of your mother's death. We missed seeing her at the Vietnam Chapter 421 Day of Remembrance this year. Although we know she had been ill, one is never prepared for the loss of mom. My family is forever grateful to your mother for being instrumental in the erecting of the Vietnam Memorial. It is tangible evidence of your mother's strength to, in the face of such heartbreaking tragedy, create a lasting legacy.
